N.O.T.E. is a collaboration between five European projects in four Member States which train people with mental health disabilities and other disadvantages in Information Technology to help both their recovery and their chances of employment or further education.

N.O.T.E. is a transnational project part-funded by the European Social Fund through the HORIZON strand of the Human Resource Community initiative EMPLOYMENT.

EMPLOYMENT-HORIZON is targeted at developing vocational training and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
